Software Developer / Consultant

Monitor Software is looking for students graduating in 2008 and those with a year or two of work experience to join our team of Software Developer / Consultants. As a Software Developer / Consultant, you will…

• Work independently and in small teams with smart, fun people.
• Use your technical background to solve real business problems – typically our clients are senior executives of the most recognizable organizations in the world.
• Build new applications every 3-6 months. Don’t get stuck working on version 19 of a legacy application with little room for creativity or your influence.
• Enjoy the variety of our work – develop a web application one month, next month create strategic insights from massive client databases, and then build a complex Excel model for another client
• Typically work in .NET and other Microsoft technologies, but we are always trying out new technologies to help us efficiently deliver better value to our clients
• Have the opportunity to travel in the U.S. and overseas, but most often work out of our beautiful home office in Cambridge, MA.
